Program Overview

Purchase or lease a new eligible 2025 or 2026 Toyota Tundra Gas or Hybrid model and trade in your current vehicle to qualify for a $1,000 Trade Assist incentive. This offer is available through participating Gulf States Toyota dealerships.

Receive a $1,000 Trade Assist incentive when all program eligibility requirements are met.

 

Eligible Vehicles

The offer applies to new, unused, and unlicensed Toyota Tundra MY2025 and MY2026 Gas and Hybrid models.

Exclusions

The Tundra TRD Pro (Model 8424) is not eligible for this program.

 

How to Qualify

1. Purchase or Lease

Purchase or lease a new eligible Toyota Tundra during the program period through a participating Gulf States Toyota dealership.

2. Trade In Your Vehicle

A trade-in vehicle must be included as part of the same retail or lease transaction.

3. Dealer Submission

J. Allen Toyota will submit the required documentation to request your Trade Assist incentive.

 

Required Documentation

We'll handle the program submission. Documentation may include:

  • Completed and signed program claim form
  • Retail purchase agreement, lease agreement, or buyer's order
  • Vehicle registration application or signed Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO)
  • Proof of the trade-in vehicle, such as the contract, vehicle registration, insurance card, or other supporting documentation
Important: Claims must be submitted by the dealership within 30 days after the program ends. Late submissions are not eligible for reimbursement. Program eligibility and qualification are determined by Gulf States Toyota.
